Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in stock availability, we’ll notify you by email.
Delivery Times & Regions
We currently ship across Lebanon.
Delivery within Lebanon: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, courier performance, and external factors such as weather or customs delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value. Free delivery applies on orders of $40 and above.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status in real time.
Delays & Responsibility
Rhevu is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, or situations beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation (or expected delivery date) at help@rhevu.com. We’ll assist you in filing a report or replacement claim.
